Meena R.

Meena is a dedicated college admissions counselor who works closely with students and families to navigate the application process with clarity and confidence. She has supported students in gaining admission to highly selective institutions, including Dartmouth, NYU, UCLA, Georgia Tech, and Wellesley. She is passionate about helping students uncover their authentic strengths, build meaningful extracurricular profiles, and translate their interests into thoughtful, compelling applications that truly reflect who they are.

With a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University and prior experience as a STEM professional and cleantech founder, Meena brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, structure, and empathy to her counseling work. Her background helps students approach admissions strategically while preserving their individuality and voice. She values clear communication and a supportive approach, helping both students and parents feel informed and confident throughout the journey.

Originally from Bangalore, India, and now based in the Bay Area, Meena enjoys exploring California’s diverse neighborhoods, discovering new hiking trails, and experiencing the region’s vibrant food culture. Outside of counseling, she loves spending time with her family and her cat, Leo, and finds inspiration in the many stories and perspectives that come from living in such a multicultural community.
